Events Dates
Release of DU Sixth cut-off July 2019 (yet to be released)
Document verification process July 2019 (date not announced yet)

Those candidates who qualify the DU sixth cut-off will be required to attend a counselling process conducted from the third to fourth week of July this year. Following which the candidates will have to go through a document verification process. The candidates will have to submit all the relevant and required documents under the document verification process and confirm their admission to Delhi University. After the completion of the document verification process, candidates will have to pay the admission fee online and reaffirm their admission.

The university had earlier informed to release only the fifth cut-off list. Rajeev Gupta, head of admissions committee, DU said, “We are processing the data on the number of admissions received under the fifth cut-off. This will take a couple of days after which the next cut-off will be released.” Further elaborating on the topic, he informed that chances are the cut-off is going to be released for reserved seats only. All the cut off lists depend upon the number of seats that are left vacant.

This year, the reservation under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category of up to 10 percent seats was also implemented apart from the caste-wise reservation system. Similar to the foreign reservation seats, the EWS seats are just an addition without directly affecting the present seat matrix. The Delhi University also offers reservations which are religion-based for the minority colleges.
