CEED 2020 and UCEED 2020 Registration Process Starts Today at ceed.iitb.ac.in, Check Steps How to Apply here
The Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) and Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2020, the entrance examinations conducted for the admission of candidates in the Bachelor’s of Design (B.Des.) program (UCEED) and Masters in Design (M.Des.) program (CEED) are organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
The applications for the CEED 2020 and UCEED 2020 have begun today. Aspiring candidates have a month to apply online for the entrance test as the last date for the submission of online applications is on November 9, 2019.
Interested and aspiring candidates can visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay to apply online for the entrance test. Candidates can apply online for the entrance test until November 16, 2019. However, a late fee will be applicable for candidates applying post-November 9 until November 16, 2019.
The Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) and Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on January 18, 2020. The late fee for candidates applying post deadline CEED, UCEED is Rs 500.

CEED, UCEED 2020: Eligibility Criteria and Exam Pattern
- Candidates aspiring for CEED 2020 should have completed a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma of at least three years.
- Candidates aspiring for UCEED 2020 should have completed class 12/ Intermediate from a recognized board.
Both the CEED and UCEED 2020 comprises of two parts A and B. The part A being a computer-based test with multiple-choice questions, and Part B consists of questions related to drawing that will be pen and paper mode.
The total duration for the test including both the parts will be three hours with one hour for one part and two hours for the other respectively. Part A consists of multiple-choice questions related to design aptitude, logical reasoning, language, etc.
CEED, UCEED 2020: How to apply
The online registrations for the CEED and UCEED 2020 have begun today. Interested and aspiring candidates can visit the official website to submit their applications.

Step 1: Visit the official website uceed.iitb.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘Apply Online’ link to proceed further.
Step 3: Click on the ‘New registration’ to register on the website.
Step 4: Register using the required information.
Step 5: After registration, log in using the registration Id and password.
Step 6: Fill the online application form with the required information and save to proceed further.
Step 7: Upload the scanned copies of the signature, passport size photograph, and the required documents and proceed to the application fee payment process.
Step 8: Once the required images are uploaded, pay the application fee online.
Step 9: Upon successful payment of the application fee, a copy of the completed application form will be displayed on the screen, download and print it for any further use.
