NEET PG 2017: Last date for registration extended till November 7
The National Board of Examination (NBE) has released a notification on their website on October 26, notifying about the extension in the last date of registration for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) PG 2017 till November 7. Earlier, the last date of registration for the examination was set to October 31. The NEET PG examination will be the single entrance examination for admission in MD/MS and PG Diploma courses offered in medical colleges across the country from this academic session.
Candidates will need to register and choose their examination centre and preferred date through the online registration. They will be provided their desired centres and dates on a first-come-first-serve basis from the 41 cities across the country where the examination will take place this year. On the right-hand corner of the website, the candidates need to click on the active link ‘Click here for online registration cum scheduling for NEET PG’, to start their online registration process. The admit cards will be issued after the registration process ends on November 7. It will be sent to the registered email IDs of the registered candidates by the concerned authority. To register for the examination, the candidates need to visit the official website and fill up the online registration form step by step.
Important Dates
- November 7: Last date of online registration and examination scheduling
- November 8: Issuing of Admit cards (tentative)
- December 3 to 13: NEET PG examination to be conducted across different centres
- January 15, 2017: Declaration of results
