Approx. 2,000 TN candidates who were scheduled to take NEET PG on December 6 rescheduled to different dates
The National Board of Examination (NBE), which is responsible for conducting National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) PG, has published a list of 2,000 medicos who will take the exam in Tamil Nadu on rescheduled dates. The December 6 NEET PG examination was deferred by NBE due to the demise of Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalitha, forcing state transport to a standstill. The rescheduled date and time has been provided on the website. Medicos need to download their rescheduled admit card from the website by providing their log-in details.
NEET PG, which started on December 5, will continue till December 13 at different test centres across the country in two slots. The revised schedule is for the candidates who were supposed to take the examination in test centres from Chennai, Coimbtore and Trichy. There are 6 test centres in Chennai, 1 in Coimbatore and 1 in Trichy, where the examination will take place till December 13 in Tamil Nadu. Candidates should also check their revised test centres mentioned in the rescheduled admit card and report to the same on time. There will be no examination on December 11, which is a Sunday.
Examination Slots:
Morning Session: 10 am to 1: 45 pm
Afternoon Session: 3:45 to 7:30 pm
