Art of Living training to deal with stress for students of Kota
Art of Living’ started off its special session in Kota, for stress management and concentration enhancement among students enrolled for coaching.
International Trainer of the Art of Living, Swami Paramtej and Media Incharge of Art of Living, Kota, Yogendra Harsora informed that the stress, depression and suicides among students have witnessed an upward trend, which is why The Art of Living decided to impart the knowledge of ‘Sudarshan Kriya’ techniques to the coaching students of Kota. He said that Sudarshan Kriya is a Rhythmic breathing activity which helps in reducing stress and depression in students. “The students can not only reduce their stress but also improve their concentration ability and brain development through Sudarshan Kriya,” he added. Swami Paramtej revealed that Sudarshan Kriya also helps in keeping habits like drug abuse at bay in students. “Art of Living today organized its free introductory session for the coaching students in Kota for which around 60 students participated,” he said.
A complete 6-day long course of Sudarshan Kriya techniques will also be conducted in Kota especially for the coaching students from tomorrow till 26th September at concessional course fees, he said. He added that several students have enrolled themselves for the session in Kota.
He added that Art of Living imparts training of Sudarshan Kriya techniques to the students in IIT’s of the country and even International Institutions like Oxford University, Stanford University and Education institutions in around 152 countries around the globe.
