Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the posts that candidates need to meet are as follows:
- Skilled Manpower: Applicants must have an ITI certificate in Wireman or Electrical Trade recognized by SCVT or NCVT. They should have writing and reading knowledge of both Hindi and English. A minimum of two years of experience in Electricals is also required. The age limit for applying for this post is 18-45 years.
- Unskilled Manpower: Candidates should have passed the eighth standard from any state education board or an equivalent exam. They must know how to read and write Hindi. In addition to that, English reading knowledge is also required. Candidates within the age bracket of 18-45 years are eligible to apply.
- Consultant Engineer: Applicants must hold a B.Tech in Electricals from a recognized university. Moreover, they should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Candidates who have retired from Vidyut Vitran Nigam will be given preference.
- Accounts Executive: Applicants holding B.Com, M.Com, and MBA in Finance are eligible to apply. They also must have at least 5-year experience in Taxation, EPF, and ESI.
Guaranteed Minimum Wage:
The guaranteed minimum wage for the posts, as confirmed by BECIL is as follows:
- Skilled Manpower: 9,381.06
- Un-skilled Manpower: 7,613.42
- Consultant Engineer: Salary is determined on the basis of merit and experience of the candidate. The salary range will be of Rs. 30,000-50,000.
- Accounts Executive: Salary is based upon experience and merit of the candidate. The salary will be within the range of Rs. 20,000-30,000.
