There is an important update from the Office of the Cantonment Board in Belgaum for candidates interested in working with the board in different capacities. Applications have been invited from interested candidates for various posts through the offline mode.
A total of 6 vacancies have been advertised for recruitment, Where one vacancy is for the position of midwife, two vacancies are for the post of safaiwala, one vacancy is for the post of cooly, one vacancy is for the post of Primary Assistant Teacher for a CBSE English Medium School, and one vacancy is for the post of High School Assistant Teacher for teaching Marathi as a subject in a Marathi Medium High School.
Applications must be sent in the prescribed format along with copies of the necessary documents in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, BC No. 41, Khanapur Road, Camp Belagavi -590001, Karnataka.
Along with the application form and documents, candidates need to attach a demand draft for Rs. 300/- drawn in the favour of “Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Belgaum” towards the payment of non-refundable processing fee. The demand draft should be issued by a nationalised bank and should be payable at Belgaum.
Candidates who belong to the SC/ST/PwD category need not pay the processing fee. Candidates are advised to send the applications through speed post or registered post only. The last date for receipt of the application is 23rd November 2019. As postal delays will not be excused, candidates are advised to send their applications as soon as possible. Under no circumstances any applications received after the cut-off date will be accepted.

Belgaum Cantonment Board Recruitment 2019: Important Information
Candidates looking to work with the Belgaum Cantonment Board under the ongoing recruitment drive, must note the below mentioned information: –
- For the position of midwife, the maximum acceptable age is 25 years and the candidate must have a diploma in nursing (GNM) and should be registered with the state nursing council.
- For the position of cooly, candidate must not be more than 25 years old and should at least have passed 7th
- For the position of safaiwala, the maximum acceptable age is 30 years for ST candidate and 28 years for OBC candidatesand should at least have passed 7th
