TIPS FOR PREPARATION FOR VARC SECTION OF CAT 2019
There are three main steps that a candidate can employ to ace the VARC section of CAT 2019.
- Read
Reading improves language abilities. The more a candidate reads, the better prepared he/she will be to tackle questions. Through extensive reading, you can familiarize yourself with the different ways English can be utilized alongside discovering and learning the usage of new words, figures of speech, phrases and different things.
- Cover Target Areas
Focus on key regions will enable you to ace the VARC. Key segments incorporate synonyms, antonyms, word meanings, idioms, basic grammar, such as articles, prepositions, adjectives, adverbs and so on. This method can be of great help to those aspirants, specifically, who don’t have sufficient time to ace the language altogether or who need to catch up on their pre-existing knowledge.
- Practice
It is impossible to remember words and have the option to retain them for longer periods, in the event that you don’t employ them in your daily speech, as words will discreetly slip to the inactive vocabulary. So also, the guidelines of grammar must be retained if you practice questions, observe their usage, and try to make them a part of your daily speech.
