The DIT University (DITU), established by the non-profit
Unison Group, is a private university near Dehradun in India. The DIT
University has been established by the Govt. of Uttarakhand and has been
granted recognition by the UGC under section 2(F) of the UGC Act,
1956.
DITU’s 21 acre university
campus was established in 1998. The University has an active association with professional
bodies like ASSOCHAM, CII, FICCI and several leading foreign universities.

Electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication engineering, Information
Technology, Mechanical engineering and Petroleum engineering. It also offers 5
year programs in B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) + MBA and B. Tech + M. Tech
(Computer Science & Engineering). The University also has a 5-year dual
degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering and a 5-year dual degree in
Mechanical engineering.
