Eligibility criterion for the post of General Manager –
You need a degree in law from a recognized/ affiliated institute of India.
You will have to clear all your tests on at least 50% marks. If you have failed in a particular test, then you are not eligible.
You need a minimum of 21 (twenty-one) years post qualification experience as a law executive in companies of repute.
You need at least 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
The candidate must have experience in handling litigation before the judicial forums, arbitration and conciliation matters, drafting and vetting various legal documents.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have worked before in oil and gas, petrochemical industry before
You should be able to handle legal matters regarding acquisitions, joint ventures and mergers.
The applicants working under the government sector need at least 1-year experience.
The upper limit age criterion for this job is 49 years.
Please note – The candidates who belong to a reserved category (Scheduled caste, scheduled tribes and the other backward classes) will get relaxation as per the government’s guidelines. However, such candidates need to attach their respective certificates before applying.
