ITM Business School, Kharghar, HR department, invited Guest Mr. Aman Prakash (HR Business Partner) Capgemini, for the guest lecture in ITM campus on 29th Sept 2018 for PGDM-HR (2017-19) batch students.
The session was a culmination of theory and learnings gained by Mr. Prakash. He explained how companies attract high potential employees, identify employees who are actually driven towards higher performance and retention strategies and executions.
The session also covered the latest HR trends in the industry and how technology is improving the quality of HR as a strategic partner. The content was non IT specific and provided the students with valuable insights about the role of HR as a Business partner and how High potential employees are identified, attracted, trained and retained in a high attrition industry like IT.
