The Indian
Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kancheepuram (IIITD&M Kancheepuram) is a Centre of Excellence
for technical education and research established in 2007. It is the first IIIT to receive the status of Institute
of National Importance.

The institute, which earlier
operated from its temporary campus within IIT Madras, moved to its
permanent 51
acre campus on the outskirts of Chennai at Kelambakkam-Vandalur road in 2011. This fully residential campus houses the academic block, the administrative block, lecture hall
complex and laboratory block.

At
the undergraduate level (B. E. / B. Tech.), this college offers seats in 8
different branches. Selections to the seats are done on the
basis of a student’s All India Rank in the JEE Main 2015. The list given below
