IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Patna invites application for JRF (Junior Research Fellow) for SERB, DST Sponsored projects. The duration of the appointment for the job will be 6 months. And the title of the project is ‘Study of mixing behaviour in multiphase flow used for crystallization processes’. The project is a part of a project titled ‘Continuous Polymorphic Crystallization of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in a Slug Flow Cooling Crystalliser’.

The project is sponsored by the Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The candidates will be given Rs.31000 per month along with house rent allowance. The last date to apply for the post is September 1st, 2019.

Qualification:
- The candidate should have completed, B.E/B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering with a valid GATE or NET results/scores.
- The candidates with ME/M. Tech in Chemical Engineering and Specialization therein can apply for this job.
- It is desirable to have 7 CPI or 65% marks for B.E/B. Tech candidates and 6.5 CPI or 60% marks for M.E/M. Tech candidates.
Age limit:
The maximum age is 28 years for B.E/B. Tech degree people and 32 years for M.E/M. Tech degree holders.
