The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) has invited applications for the following posts. The details of the posts are as follows:

Assistant Manager 01 (OBC) MOT II class Motor Vehicle Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act 1958 and 2 years (Marine Engineering) experience as an independent watch keeping Engineer on board a foreign going ship.
2. Orthopaedician 01 MBBS degree from a recognised university or (Contract basis) a post- graduate medical degree/ diploma in
Orthopaedics from a recognised University.
Post qualification experience of 3 years for post graduate degree holders and 5 years for post graduate diploma holders in the relevant field of specialisation.
Age limit (as on 01/04/2015):
Post No. 1 – Candidates must not be more than 35 years old.
Post No. 2 – Candidates must not be more than 40 years old.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for candidates of SC/ST categories and 3 years for OBC category candidates).
Remuneration:
Post No. 1 – Rs. 20,600 – 3 % – 46,500 per month
Post No. 2 – Rs. 57,300 per month
