The 67th birthday celebration of VK Bansal, founder of Bansal Classes, registered presence of the coaching giants from rival coaching institutes in Kota. They went to the premises of Bansal Classes Kota to extend birthday wishes to VK Bansal on October 27.
VK Bansal started his career as an educator in the 1980’s by taking Physics tuition at the JK factory’s township. He later on started Bansal classes in Kota, which paved way for others to consolidate the brand of Kota coaching.
On the occasion of his birthday, coaching giants including Govind Maheshwari, Director of Allen Career Institute, Kota, RK Verma, Managing Director, Resonance Eduventures Private Limited, Om Maheshwari, Director of Career Point Institute and Nitin Vijay of Motion IIT Institute were present
On the occasion, Director of Career Point, Om Maheshwari said that when he along with his brother, Pramod Maheshwari established Career Point Institute in Kota in 1992 and issued an advertisement of their institute, VK Bansal had offered support to them. Nitin Vijay of Motion IIT also owed his success to VK Bansal. “I was also a student of Bansal classes. Whatever I have learnt as a student and a teacher in my career, I owe it to VK Bansal Sir,” said Nitin.
Govind Maheshwari of Allen Career Institute, Kota said that his family and VK Bansal’s family were neighbourers in the JK Township from where VK Bansal and his brother, Rajesh Maheshwari (brother of Govind Maheshwari) started home tuitions. “Under the giant tree of VK Bansal, Kota coaching has flourished over the years,” said Govind.
Talking about the contribution of VK Bansal in making Kota the coaching capital of the country, RK Verma of Resonance said, “Contribution of VK Bansal in the making of Kota coaching is appreciable.”
Authorities of the Bansal Classes, Kota revealed that it is probably one of the rare events where all coaching giants have gathered at the Bansal classes premises for any event. VK Bansal also later thanked all the coaching gurus for their gratitude.
Vinod Kumar Bansal (VK Bansal) is the founder of Bansal Classes Kota and has done Mechanical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University. He also holds an M.Tech degree. Defying physical ailment of Muscular Dystrophy, he built the empire of Bansal Classes Kota, which has produced several IIT toppers over the years.
Bansal Classes Kota had also organized a blood donation camp on the occasion of VK Bansal’s birthday.
