LIC or the Life Insurance Corporation of India is the largest insurance company of our country which has been securing the lives of lakhs of people. It is not only popular for its highly beneficial schemes for life insurance but is also known for appointing a huge workforce. LIC carries out recruitments of several posts from time to time, and there are thousands of people in India aspiring to get a job here.

LIC had announced the recruitment drive for the position of ADO or Apprentice Development Officer this year. A total of 8581 vacancies were notified by LIC on its official website. For the recruitment of these posts, candidates will be selected in a zone-wise method. Candidates will be recruited from a total of eight zones in the country. The eight zones are as follows –

As per the recruitment procedure, candidates who had applied for these posts had to appear for two stages of exams – Preliminary exam and Main exam. LIC has released the results for the LIC ADO Main exam. Only those who had passed the prelims were invited to appear for the Main exam. Following the results of the Mains, shortlisted candidates will have to appear for an interview which will be followed by a pre-recruitment medical examination of selected candidates.

Candidates who had appeared for the LIC ADO Main exam 2019 on 11th August and 22nd September 2019 can check the results of their examination on the official website of LIC. Here are a few simple steps that candidates can follow in order to access their results –

Those candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview must reach the venue on time, the details about which will be informed by LIC. The final selection of the candidates will be fine on the basis of the marks scored by them in the Main exam combined with the marks obtained in the interview.
