SRM (Sri Sri Ramaswammy Memorial) University Chancellor, T R Pachamuthu was remanded to judicial custody today. He was arrested yesterday (August 26, 2016) after parents of the medical stream aspirants filed cases of cheating against him.
More than 100 complaints have been registered by parents who allege that Pachamuthu had agreed to admit their wards in return for ‘capitation fees’.
