Dont worry..! Nobody is asking you to set difficult goals for yourself right at the beginning....
Start slowly.... Set an easy goal for yourself for the first week....
Start exercising a bit.... Only a bit.... But make sure u stick to that bit....

But in today's sedentary lifestyle we do not need that much amount. On an average our consumption should not go beyond 6-10gm per day.
Excess salt leads to hypertension (BP), bloating (cellular water retention) due to which heart works very hard, kidney failure, osteoporosis, stomach cancer in some cases..etc.
Do not add the salt while cooking..Once you take the food in your plate..sprinkle salt from top..It helps big time!!!!!
Try this out and you will see a more toned down you in 4-5 days.. I promise!! 😃

m not a fitness freak. but i do try to eat in a decreasing order from morning till night. n love fruits. have never hit the gym, but love to play football. n last but not the least, i really let go when i let go(if u know what i mean

Yes I eat only veg and non oily stuff!! For lunch only I eat rice!! The only problem is I cannot get up early .to exercise and I dont get time for gym :(..!! Help me out 😞
