Actually this is a duplicate post. hope the mods wont object to this.

hey guys,

finished my gd/pi and micat in hyd. Process was a pretty chilled out process. Was there at 7.00 at the administrative staff college. had breakfast and then came back.

Micat was pretty chilled out process. Still had the word connections. screwed them up and lost time. moral: dont take those stuff first. then did section b which was psychometry. then section c 15 q and then section e essay and section d quants. could not finish section c and d. so the best approach wud be to leave section a(word connections) altogether or do minimal stuff. pretty time consuming that was what i thought.

had the essays in the topic "is gandhigiri a effective alternative for justice" and then u r a kirana store member. how would u face competition from supermarkets and hypermarkets. Then had 5 number completions. i remember 1000 Y in a M . (1000 yrs in a millenium). had one 39 B in a OT . no idea what it is. Then had a cartoon strip where u had fill up a conversation between archie and jughead.

then came the gd/ pi process. 20 mins process and u had to give in ur individual conclusions later. Lucky had the centre seat. used it to the max. had a great presence in the gd. Topic was u were given 7 priorities to strengthen the gdp. u had to rank the order and the order of the group. Did not get an order till the last. Ok had lot of points everyone was verbose leading to a near fish market gd.

Finally had to give individual preferences.

Then we were given tea and snacks and then PI.

PI was done by two elderly men(40-50) and then a smiling but assertive lady. Thought she was an alumnus.

Let me call the men (P1 and P2). and the lady L.

Me : May i come in sir.
(went in when there was no response).
P2: U have lofty goals venkat.
Me: Explained with passion my goals.
P2: How will u achieve them?
Me: Explained.
P2: Tell me about e-seva. What can be done?
Me: said
P1: i wanna correct u . u cannot get land docs from eseva.
Me: well but the process is shortened.
P1: i just wanted to correct u.
P1: U remind me of Bahubali. Can you give me a compare?
Me: I know the story of Bahubali, but i am not sure how u compare him to me.
P1: u have ur head high and ur feet planted firmly on the ground.
L: U saw the company profiles of mica.
Me: yes.
L: how wud it suit u?
Me: ma'am i am here to get recognised ma'am and not aspiring for a company.
P2: so u want to get into mica for credibitility?
Me: yes sir!!
P2: thanks u may leave.
Me: thanks sir.

Finished the process by 1. Interview was for 10 min. and came back to office to work.

U can see how apple is related to all the words Apple Cider, Apple and orange are fruits, Apple Cart, and An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Guess u r clear now.

also another point is whats the average duration of the interviews

and whats the time when the last interview is finished

also another question
are we supposed to put on paper the individual preferences on paper before the group reaches the consensus

how long was the micat ? the way u have described it , 1 hour seems short for a 5 section paper
and um section d quants ?????!?

i dont know why i find this topic statement a little fishy.
do they mean to say
"is gandhigiri efficient in fighting injustice?"

i mean how can gandhigiri be an alternative to justice...we may use gandhigiri but to get justice in end

what do you all say?

and any ideas on the second topic on what points can be writeen on a kirana store person facing competion from retail stores?
