Hi Puys... My WL got cleared(BC WL-10). I received the hard copy of the OFFER LETTER today..
This is for the benefit of others who haven't received the letter yet. The following is the content of the Letter.

Hearty congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that we are (after operating the waiting list) in a position to admit you provisionally as a candidate for our MBA Programme for the academic session 2010-2012 that commences on 05th July 2010.
Please confirm your acceptance of this offer of admission by telegram(BIMT) or Fax(0431-2520733) or email([email protected]) addressed to The Admissions Chairman, Bharathidasan Institute of Management, MHD Campus, BHEL Complex, Trichy-620 014. This should reach us on or before 07th June 2010.
I welcome you to this Institute dedicated to professional excellence in Management and I am sure you will extend your meaningful participation to accomplish this objective.
Puys... I posted this a week back.. I typed the contents of the letter exactly.. But the address given in letter doesn't contain BIM's P.B No .. So if U are gonna send them any post, pls include the P.B No of BIM.

Personally, I believe that U've got more than a decent chance of getting thru(close to 90 % chances). However I- for that matter anyone- cannot say for sure if U wud get a final convert. Abhi. Best Wishes. Good Luck.

I had sent the confirmation letter,DD(Rs.50,000),Signed code of conduct through courier and I had also sent an email to the adcom to confirm the acceptance of the provisional offer.I'd not received any acknowledgement for any of these through email or post.Last week I called up BIM office to confirm if my DD has reached.A lady picked up and gave a confirmation that the DD has been received. Now,the question is what's the next step. Will I receive any formal acknowledgement for the DD and the acceptance letter I had sent?Should I be expecting any other detailed communication from BIM stating what are the further steps from now?If so when is that expected? if there will be no further acknowledgement,Can one of you from ADCOM kindly confirm if my DD has reached?Somehow feeling a bit concerned because of the absence of any written acknowledgement. Thanks for your valuable time.

Hi Dude.. I'm no Senior.. But I got a piece of information from a reliable source that all the selected candidates will receive a mail soon. The mail would contain such details as the Fee Structure for the entire programme, further steps to be taken by us etc,.
Can anybody tell me the exact procedure to withdraw the DD worth Rs. 5000 that I've sent to confirm my waiting in waitlist? I asked @ BIM, they told me to call on friday. Don't know why they told me to call on friday to tell just the procedure.

pl call up the admission office.....
afaik, if u are still in wl,u will be given entire 5k ;if u have moved from wl to convert,u will be given 4k as per the norms.....

Don't worry buddy, my waitlist no. was 84th in OC category and I am withdrawing my DD as I've converted NITIE.
