Yes everyone who submits the fees will have to pay the entire amount.... Now if and when you refund... the 31k will be deducted immaterial to the timing of the same...
Was there any obc reservation in Sibm,Pune this time?
Reservation of Seats 15% and 7.5% of seats reserved for SC & ST candidates respectively. 3% seats reserved for "physically handicapped candidates - for blind, hearing impaired (Deaf/dumb) and with orthopedic disorders or mentally retarded candidates" The minimum degree of disability should be 40% in order to be eligible under this category. Reservation above intake 15% seats International Students over and above the intake. Kashmiri Migrants: 2 seats over and above the total intake for sons and daughters of migrants from J & K valley.

I do not think there will be much movement till March 20...
Reason : No competing institute is coming out with their list by then.... once the IIMs, IITs, FMS, SP Jain, MDI, NMIMS and the likes come out with their list then you will see HUGE movement in the waitlist... dont see that happening so soon...

Well contrary to what they might say.... everyone will be waiting for a second convert before withdrawing admissions...
@shourya still a WL movement of 20 odd can be expected for march 20th,isnt it?
I am nt sure that wd be psble in the first list. Look it is as simple as this, a guy who has converted SIBM pune wont let it go unless hes sure of either a IIM call or maybe a NITIE,FMS or IIT B call. Now none of them are gna even finish having their interviews bfr 7 march, frgt results. So unless sm1 is damn confident abt his chncs, and such ppl btw are vry less, no1 wd be willing to let go of such a good clg, even at the expense of 31k. Yes u may have say arnd 5-10% ppl givin up, but nt mre than that really. But one thing i am sure of is that waitlist is going to move beyond a 100(arnd may first week or april end) fr the simple reason that a large percentage of SIBM p converts wd have a few IIM calls and other higher calls, and a large no wd def be converting them...
