Call admissions office tomorrow. If nobody answers, try the registrar's number - 020 39116007. In the meanwhile, drop a mail to the admissions department explaining your situation and keep the registrar in cc. They should be okay with a delay of one day. (i faced a similar situation with GIM, and they were cooperative.) But make sure you get in touch with SIBM tomorrow.
WL 6 now. And will definitely join in case of convert.

2) After we chose a specialization , are we solely taught that specialization or is there a concept of dual specialization or minor / major specialization?

1) Yes you HAVE to choose your desired specialization by 45-50 days post commencement of the course
2) Though there is no concept of a dual specialisation at SIBM Pune, 1st sem will have 7 common subjects and 2 specialisation subjects, 2nd sem will have 6 common subjects and 3 specialisation subjects and from second year ALL BUT A COUPLE will be specialisation subjects.
Plus from 2nd year onwards you get to choose electives from other specialisations if something of that nature attracts your attention during the course and you want to pursue it further.

ya I also could not get Ihansab...even i converted on 3rd May and last date to make the payment is 12th may.
I had converted a few days earlier than 3rd may but it went into my spam and didn't see it... realised it only when I checked out the link...Login and it said i was selected! been too busy these past few weeks!

Thanks.... the Registrar was quite helpful...he just asked me why I waited till the last day and I explained that my loan took a while to get sanctioned and that there is a day long bandh here... I just told him I'll pay tomorrow and he was satisfied and asked me to send a mail... Just waiting for confirmation from SIBM now... I also sent a copy to the admissions team... Kudos to SIBM-P for being so helpful
