MDI has a bigger brand name and placements than SIBM, infra wise I dont think think u will find too many competitors to SIBM:)

I read somehwre on PG, that the total expense of course can upto 18-19 lakh for MDI 😲 Students go to Europe for 4 months in allocated campuses.. The cost of living and other expenses can cause noticeable variation..

BTW.. I thought its 10 for SIBM :oops:

well it will touch around 11-11.5 if u consider ur monthly expenses and other miscellaneous stuff.

I dun consider those expenses as a part of cost of education.. That would have been there whether or not I go for MBA.. 😃

for the normal PGPM course, MDI fees is 12 lakhs........its PGP-IM(International Management)which takes 18-19 lakh....

I have heard that the SBI branch present at the campus has the cheapest loans.

Can some one tell me what is the rate of interest there and when can I apply for that loan??

My B.tech exams are till 8th June. So, how can I apply for late joining??

But yes,I wud advice u to speak to ppl from placecomm of both the colleges..Dont just go on placement reports...bczz..dey are just with too inflated packages everywhere...
So do ur own research....yes MDI ,no doubt has a very gud brand name...
And it's a great college too//
But yes,if i specifically talk abt marketing..industry wise,SIBM has a great name too(esp.FMCG companies).
So make ur call..All the best!!

Also by when will I get the confirmation of fees?
And wen can I expect to be accepted in the onboard SIBM group?
and lastly what is the rate of interest being charged on the Edu loan by campus branch of SBI?

@ All those of you who have been comparing Institutes in the last 20-30 odd posts...

Folks IT IS AGAINST PG rules to do so... SO PLEASE REFRAIN....
Am sure you will find better forums to do so and with much more effectiveness... Also the institutes in question might be good/great in their own rights but this is not the right medium of comparing...
Plus you have PG rankings for this year if anyone is interested...

So please take this discussion Offline/via PM/on some other platform...

Yes you just need to send the fees....They take time to give a confirmation..So it'll be better if u giv dem a call and give ur name and snap id. after sending dem a mail..I did d same and thus gt d mail just after an hour....
Talkin abt accepted at OnboarD..i hav still nt been accepted...I sent it on 10th only..bt to no avail...

And i am nt sure of the SBI branch loan.....

As per posts on last few pages , last date of payment is 22 may for recent converts .I guess after that "Zero hope" People can Hope to convert .
