If you have applied to FMS and if your percentile is > 98.56, jus mail the attached form (after fillling it) and with some enclosures (CAT score Card and Graduation marksheeet) to FMS !!
FMS is a reputed college for its smartness. It has smartly reduced manual work from its side and assumed that students with such percentile are really smart enough to understand rather than assuming that students would cribble over the issue.
No offence but you have no right now to criticise FMS !!

What is the format for registration no. of FMS and how many digits does it have??

Yes send the final mark sheet if u are a passout. send the provisional or d original.
btw are u required to send a copy of the original or the original itself ?

are we suppose to send the Degree certificate as well along with CAT socrecard and final year marksheet..... and please let me know shall we attest the docs. as there is bharat band fr 2 sayd can v courier it???
