@acat2011 yar i really do not know what's happening , I have wasted one ful day in all these things , given the fact I have my XL / MDI / IIT B interviews early March 
, until a shortlist comes , nobody can say anything , plus I really don't think seniors over here have much update , don't want to offend anyone , but looks like noone is aware , luckily I didnt submit my documents by hand , since now i see there are some changes in the form.

Above all , FMS is a place i dream to be at , and my visit to FMS today even strengthened me to work for this dream place , so any sort of issues in its admission process , I am readily to take for the worth of this place

I have a 98.56%ile in CAT. From the posts earlier it seems that I should be the last one to get a call. Although there is no mail recieved yet. Also FMS office is not picking up.
Can anyone please tell me what exactly needs to sent ie. apart from the DOB certificate?

I have already sent the form without the date of birth certificate. Do I need to send my form again or can this be taken care of during the GD/PI verification process?

@sachin_nitrkl...my final percentage is available in my degree certificate ...will that suffice??? because i have lost my final year marksheet and it will take time to get a duplicate one ...
@poorme anything proving DOB : 10th marksheet, passport etc.
send last two sem marksheets to be on the safer side

I have 99.51%ile in CAT. VALR a bit less than 90%ile. I did get a mail from FMS saying list has been put up. Is there site where I can check the if I am shortlisted or not? Also how do I know what is my interview date because I have to book flight tickets from Pune then.
