@poorme you might want to address your query to the FMS guys, but you're sending your marksheet ka copy anyway na, so you should be fine if you convert it to percentage. Please do confirm from the FMS guys.
Will Xth Certificate count as Date of Birth Certificate.
I surely cannot get my Birth Certificate out now, dont even know where that is.....

@robin333 The form is the same but there is a addition of DOB certificate which need to be sent via Post (PAN Card/10th Marksheet/Passport copy)
@nitish007 I have sent the 10th passing certificate , i think it's the one which is considered the DOB too

@MandeepSaini I think sending DOB certi with ur FMS ID and CAT ID mentioned on the back with ur signature shud suffice, please tag some seniors , so they may be give u the exact answer...

@EL_Prophet No 10 character ID was given.. The registration mail mentions FMS ID FTP***** . Further in the acknowledgement form this same string is mentioned as registration no.....No point in worrying about extra spaces......
FMS SHOULD LEARN FROM XLRI ABOUT HOW TO CONDUCT THE ADMISSION PROCESS .DESPITE A SEPARATE EXAM WHICH WAS CONDUCTED MUCH LATER THAN CAT XLRI IS ALREADY CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS FOR FEW DAYS NOW . THATS WHAT MOTIVATES PEOPLE ABOUT JOINING A INSTITUTE RATHER JUST ENCASHING POPULARITY OF DU .PROOF OF PUDDING IS IN EATING !

FIRST THEY ACCUMULATED ALL THE FORMS FROM EVERYONE THEN THEY WILL RELEGATE MOST OF THESE TO DUSTBIN BECAUSE THEY ARE BELOW CUTOFF OR THERE IS A MISTAKE IN FORM,OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM/ SOP NOT HAVING REACHED ETC ETC ..
It is totally unprofessional approach of FMS . They should higher some FMS students to do this job who can do this better anyday .
The ratio of no of candidates to no of seats is 12:1 so do not lose your sleep unless you are above 99 and good at GD and EXTEMPORE which is so subjective.Noone comes to know anyway how the marking is done at the end of the day .It is all subjective.Just relax and appear when smart fellows at FMS let you know the date of GD/PI which they could done in one go by an Email like IIT kharagpur or on Login page like MDI /IIT B/ XLRI etc. have done .
