Hi...dob certificate requirement has been added now... It was not present earlier... infact the gd/pi printout that I took also doesn't mention it and I have already sent my documents to the college... What should I do now ?

@kramer312 Yes, Pan, Passport etc. I request you to go through the form. I think it is mentioned in the Enclosures section (5th point).

In the application form, i gave a postal address which is my old address. Is there anyway i can change my address now?

@rohankher Some people have received mails saying they should see website! I don't know why they wasted a mail like this !Instead they could have told eligible people by mail the dates of GD/PI for each one ! FMS has not even confirmed receipt of Acknowledgement /SOP by post earlier .So if it is lost in transit.it will be too late for anybody know why they have been rejected
