@perthchat I don't think that it would make an affect since many people may have missed it and it doesn't seems that important as its not mentioned so explicitly , for my part I had send a photo as well , if you are really worrisome type of guy you can inquire with FMS , though personally I don't feel it can be a ground for rejection of anybody's application. ( it can not be !! )

@nikhildsi4481 Your Application Acknowledgement Form should be printed and accompanied by a DD ,with name and registration number written on the back (if payment mode is offline) for the requisite registration fee, caste/category certificate (if applicable) and a passport-size colour photograph. For Executive programmes, candidates must also compulsorily attach 'Sponsorship Certificate' from their employer.
I made online payment for FMS, downloaded the application acknowledgment, pic , sign and LTI were uploaded so i guess, only this acknowledgement form has to be sent to FMS delhi , correct me if i am wrong 😃
@htmailr m not sure about the work exp part. I myself am a fresher.
Try sticking to the word limit. Do not exceed it by more than 1 -2 words.

Working executive means managerial/administrative post or something like that(>5years of work ex) so ans should be NO. this part is specially for Exec MBA or for the executives who want to join for general MBA courses.

@nikhildsi4481 - One thing u can do is : mail them. Although I don't think they will entertain any changes after payment is made.But I don't think this things matter that much. What ultimately matters is ur GD-PI. If u convince them nothing else will matter.
