The acknowledgement from along with a passport size photo,DD(if paid offline) & caste+category certificate(for obc/sc/st).

Yes they do if ur caste certificate mentions that u belong to nc-obc.

no...nothing like that..ur application should reach FMS on or before 21st december.

Dont worry if they have any issue, their site says, that it would be notified on the homepage.

@singhanand98 d only way is to track courier/speed post. Last year also it did not send any acknowledgement as far as i remember.
