What I'm trying to say is that such topics can bring out creativity (if that is what panel is looking for) & if communication skills is the concern, anything can work..
It'd be better if everyone gets a topic of same genre.
I am still not sure what they look for..even the seniors have no idea. Many told they screwed up extempore but got through..
I have been to many an extempre and elocution contests. There they judge you on: Communication, Content, Body Language and Structure. But then there they dont give topics like these or the one I got "beauty is more important that qualities". Not a tough one, but speaking for 1 minute is like beating round the bush. Its certainly has less content compared to "Narendra Modi" or "Mamata Banerjee"..the topics other guys in my panel got..

Aaj mere boss ne finally mujhe pakad hi liye pagalguy use karte hue...FMS ke results nikalwa do yaar...!!!

fine fms. don't give the results. Mera kya jata hai. It's my company's loss. They are paying me for doing nothing today. 😁
