There would not be any problem because of that. FMS gives a form to fill after the GD PI list is released. So, that form is what matters after that. So, I dont think there would be any problem. :)

Just send Acknowledgement Form along with your self attested copy of your Caste Certificate
"Your Application Acknowledgement Form should be printed and accompanied by a DD ,with name and registration number written on the back (if payment mode is offline) for the requisite registration fee, caste/category certificate (if applicable) and a passport-size colour photograph. For Executive programmes, candidates must also compulsorily attach 'Sponsorship Certificate' from their employer."

While filling the form, I mentioned my Address line 1 correctly and submitted it. Now, in the Acknowledgement Form, my address Line 1 is showing as '//'. 😲
I tried to log into the portal again to correct my address, but there is no option to edit details now.
Please tell what should I do now?
@CobainJr. how can u justify x is major subject and Y is not?? for class 12 the stream should be written in the box like science/humanities/commerce.
and for graduation the stream should be mentioned like btech in computer science or BSC in physics...this is sufficient.

1. print out of the application form.
2. copy of ur NC-OBC certificate (self attested.)
3. one passport size photo.

Passport size photo has to be affixed or an additional one to be sent along with the form ?
does FMS conduct their GD/PI in any other city other than Delhi ?

@Preeti_L Is there a space to affix.? If yes, then one has to be affixed and another extra one to be sent.
@aj4567 GD/PI till last year were held only in Delhi. One can request for a change in schedule if there is a genuine problem.
@mayurdhingra pls can you tell me whether the career ques needs to be written within the space provided of we can affix a printed sheet ?
@nano9 I there is a space allocated to it, then i think it should be written in the space provided only. I have not seen the form though.
