I send them a mail regarding this and they replied that " no need to send it again if I've already send it" ..it unprofessional on their part to confuse students like this ...what is the point of uploading everything online and then sending the acknowledgement, it would have been better if they had sold paper application form like old times.

Exactly my point!!! Dont get the logic behind uploading everything and then again asking for the photo 
Its good that they haven't asked you to resend..i'll have to courier again :(
Its like in vogue to make everything online these days, if authorities are not completely comfortable with online process there is no point making it online just because everybody else is doing so. The rationale behind making something online is to make process simpler and save paper, and not add a extra step, Online+send the form, moreover replies from admission office seems like its written by a 4 year old.
e.g.
ME: I sent a color printout of my acknowledgement form. I didn't send a passport size photograph as i had already uploaded it online. Do i need to send my acknowledgement form again with passport size picture.

So i mailed again: The reply was not clear. Should a send the ack form again or not. I have sent it it once in a color printout, with picture appearing on it. I didn't attach an extra passport size picture.
They replied: If you are already sent ack from. so don't sent again ack form.

I am not sure about that part.. If you know someone there in the office the translation of caste certificate can be done easily... Besides, in your non creamy layer certi also, your caste would be mentioned. Isn't it?

You can use either method to fill the form

no, acording to instructions u have to write it in the space provided.

@CATfreak12 well my handwriting is like, frogs are dancing on the paper..still i managed 160 words in the form. try hard.
is there any last date of sending the ack. form...??? pls tell asap
where is the option to write SOP ? I just have submitted, got an SMS also...please help.
