in my FMS form for the column of current organization, I missed to enter my company name although i mentioned the workex correctly...

after taking the printout, I intend to correct it and send the form to the insti...do i need to do anything more(like sending them a mail abt this etc)?

does the acknowledgement form form contain details of extra-currics/achievements etc..
...i guess the first page of details gets stored in the database..but doesnt reflect in the form..
can sm1 confirm this??

yes do send them a mail stating your problems.

I don't think that would be a wise thing to do..please stick to the rules and write the SOP in the given area

I faced the same.
They've asked me to write it out on the printout and sign next to it.

hi ,did anyone get acknowledgement of their submitted forms ? How will i know if fms has already recieved it ?please let me know about this .

Can somebody please post the link from where I can download acknowledgement form for FMS application. I had completed the registration on 13th December but now I am not able to find the page from where I can download the acknowledgement. Please help!!
