I have not used the uploading options for any-pic, sign or thumb. Will be doing it on the Ack form. Is it OK ?? will be sending extra photo also( pata nahi ye kahan se aaya ). The address of Assistant Consultant is for queries. Is it the same address where we need to send ?? Fast Puys, sending today. m in Delhi 😃

Yes..you can choose not to upload and affix all the photos in the designated area

puys, i had sent my form on 18th. While tracking, i found out it is still in lucknow. Is there any chance that fms will accept the form even if it is late by a day or two?

I'm feeling so cross with myself right now

It says "Candidates belonging to reserved categories should send self-attested photocopies of caste/category certificates along with the printed Application Acknowledgement Form. "
