To Guys who are worried about the delivery of their forms by post/courier:
I went to Fms today to submit my form by hand, (it is nearby my place). And the lady there was saying to someone, and I quote "Agar aapne 21 ke pehle post kar rakha hai to agar baad me bhi aaya ham accept kar lenge"..
SO chill out guyss.. 😃

And to those who are worried about the passport size photo, it was required only when the uploaded one was not clearly visible. I also gave my sop on separate sheet and she accepted that too. They were solving other people's problems also. So my take: don't worry about the minor details if you've missed any of them. Relax..!! Find the inner peace! 😃 😛

guys I can only see a link to download acknowledgement form when I log in to http://www.fmsadmissions.com/myhome.php. But I am not able to see the status of the courier of my dd & acknowledgement form. Anyone received any email confirmation on that? Seniors please help

someone plz confirm ...are the FMS ppl sneding any confirmation mail abt the receipt of the app(that we mailed them)?

i dint get ..mailed the form on 14th.. dint get the confirmation last year either

along with the ack form you need one passport size photograph as well and caste certi(if required).

No you wont get any confirmation ... You can track your application through speedpost/courier tracking services ...
