@Mad-Head last year it was among the last to release the list. you may have to wait long if the trend continues.
@PM 98.73 is the cutoff last year for getting a call...and there are instances where ppl converted calls at the above mentioned score...hope this helps...
@mayurdhingra said:@needabc yes, i think you have chances. Keep your fingers crossed. It may be a border line case.
Are there any instances of
@Omkarp i dont have info on the last percentile which converted. But FMS does not give weightage specifically to girls. You have to excel in GD/PI/Extrempre in case of a low CAT score. Hope this helps.
@Mad-Head said:Omkarp still with "girls" thing hain! BTW whats your score dost???
98.84 sir, 96.4 + 98.6

And weightage for Acads/Work-ex, how much is it?
With 98.43 %ile General candidate, I am out of contention i guess...:(
Congrats to everyone who has performed well in CAT. Anybody who has a 98.5+ score(general) can be hopeful for a call[NOTE: I said hopeful, obviously exact cut-offs cannot be predicted]. The trend at FMS has been: No weightage given to acads or work ex. No extra marks for being female or a non-engineer. Equal opportunity for all. As for extempore, there is absolutely nothing extra that you need to do. Rather, more often than not, the extempore topic will be something related to you. If you have a good CAT score and have applied to FMS, start preparing for the GDPI now itself. All the best. :)

Grad-75.47
Work ex-15 months

@Mad-Head That's what has happened. But then again the Extempore topic can be completely random. Be prepared for all eventualities.
