it takes time dude .. last time it took a lot of time since it was the first time FMS was considering CAT scores for admission . and it had called some 2500 students for the process .. and the process had started after a lot of IIMs had declared their final calls.

I hope it will be sooner this time .

Does FMS have any sectional cut-offs?

QA/DI = 89.61 %ile
VA/LR = 99.37 %ile
X = 80.1 %
XII = 70.2 %
Grad = 69.3% (BE)
Category = SC
Work Ex = Nil

How much importance is given to the past acads in the shortlisting process. Also can anyone please clarify their weightage in the final admission process of FMS.

Sectional Cutoffs are 50%ile for each section. Overall cutoff last year was just nearly 99, though it might change this year.

As per last years trends, it seems difficult, but you never know.

Depends on the overall pool of candidates applying to FMS.

With ur 98.20%ile and Category, you have a great chance of converting top 5 Bschools.

You can confirm that online .. right ? that is how it was till last year if i am not wrong.

Hi Admin,

Following is my scorecard

QA : 95.73

VA : 93.08

Total : 96.42

Apart from this, my academics are as:

10th - CBSE - 86.4

12th - CBSE - 84.0

B.Tech(CSE) - UPTU - 73.92

Also I have a work experience of 30 months in IT.

What are the chances for me?
