@nitishdceite yaa nitish there are some caste (resrvations) category documents you need to attach along with the form . for futher help cntct me .. or refer to admission bulletin at fms.edu.. u also need to self attest them.

I don't think so ... There's nothing of this sort mentioned on the website ...

i filled the online form.. left the spaces for photo signature etc.. and paid online but now there is no way to edit the form!!! 😲 what the hell!! and my mobile number is all mixed up in the acknowledgement pdf.. what now?? should i edit pdf and then take print-out??
How important is the extra-curricular and list of awards section? Is it okay to leave it blank?
Are school achievements included?

For FMS....if we upload signature, Thumb impression and make payment online...do we still have to send the application by post?
Actually d prob is dat i stay in a remote area.....where i would have to travel 20 Km for postoffice...

Unfortunately yes, you have to send the application by post whichever way you decide to pay.

Do not leave extra curricular field blank. Add whatever you did in your life as part of extra curricular activities.
