dat is wat i m being asked for this year..n its an industry standard....d jury wont be having time to see all 19 payslips of urs....:)
write watever u want in co curricular...but be ready to be answerable for that in the interview and have proofs as in certificates if required .....as long as u r ok wid dat...it makes no problem in writing
can we write the merit certificate received from cbse in co-curricular?

I am not sure yar..Bt i think u should not..U can however let the panel know that u participated in athletics and are good at it (If u get an opportunity to say)..
@IIMRaipur - do we have to give details of the only activities which have national/international , district/college level etc. or can we furnish details of other activities as well?
eg: My research paper was published in International research journal.. So i will furnish the details accordingly.
However, i also have other extra-curriculars like i have developed several online websites (non work-ex, voluntary basis).. This activity cannot be categorised into any of the given categories. But can i mention this in the details of the extra curriculars?

@macron I was also facing the same issue when i was trying in Chrome, try once in IE , all the options are coming for me in IE.

can we mention achievements during our school days?..
do we have to bring the attested photocopy also to the interview.
Nature of responsibility issue is still unresolved.It is not showing in form but coming in printout.Any Solutions?
