2) Committee member of Student Chapter/ College Festival should come under co-curricular or extra-curricular?

I have Completed my Personal Dataform and taken a printout.....
Now when I re login It disappeared Data of Category, Nationality, Phy Handicapped and Gender.
What should I do now......

in class 10th are we suppose to fill the %age we have filled for cat form or the normal %age ...i have an optional subject ....should i include that in my %age now or not??

@teenflip_1991 When we print the form, Nature of Job Responsibility field appears which is not there in the online version. Any idea what to do about that ?
@ankitrocks Dude, for Wprk Ex proof I will be carrying a) Joining Letter b) Latest Salary Slip. Will these two suffice ?
do we need to affix a photo and sign the personal details form and then take it to the interview? what happens to the form we submitted online? do we need to upload any photo on it too?
