Print out of Personal Data Form (Interview Form)
Identity Proof
Educational Qualification certificates and mark sheets of Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Graduation.
Certificate in respect of reservation in NC-OBC, SC, ST and DAP (If applicable)
Certificates in respect of co-curricular and extra-curricular achievement (If applicable)
Employment proof and pay slip for past and current work experience

Today is the last day to fill the form of new IIMs.
I am not able to edit their colum of gender and nationality.
Is somebody else also facing this problem???

Plz plzzzz help!!

These things are taken from CAT application. Dropping a mail to the admission team can help.

Actually i had filled this form few days back.
I could edit it then...
I just logged in to just re confirm if i had filled everythg correctly... but suddenly after subitteing everythg became blank... and now i can't edit the gender and nationality field

I had a question. Since, I have both C and L interview; which scores are the new IIMs using between the two for GD-PI-WAT? I hope it is the best of the two..

In Personal data form ,Nationality ,Category,Phy. Handicapped,Gender are by default filled and they are not editable.
But when i checked form today, all 4 are missing and whole form was empty. I filled whole form again.
what should i do about those 4 details?
