any idea of this year's placement.. I am confused between IIT D & MFC. I am interested in finance profile only. If MFC is better than IIT D then I will not travel delhi again for IIT D GD/PI
@havingnot MFC is definitely better than IIT-Delhi. Especially if you're interested in Finance. The IITs specialize more in the Operations part than the one you're looking for. Also, placements of MFC are very good.
@Thanks Bibhu2109..You saved my 3 days journey :)
Actually i have 3 years of IT exp that is why I am little bit apprehensive between the chioces. but the advantage for me is I have cleared CFA L1
@havingnot That's an added advantage and you can always leverage your CV with that. Frankly speaking, Delhi University has the best finance course available anywhere in India. No top B-school can be compared with that. The vast experience is a good thing, but I think you've already decided to tread on a different path, and therefore, the CFA Level - 1. I think MFC will be a very wise decision if you're interested in pursuing your career in finance henceforth. If you're still undecided, or if you still think that it's wiser to leverage on your IT experience, and go into operations / IT / Systems management sort of courses, then IIT-D will be better than MFC.

Just wanted to remind you that comparing colleges on pagalguy thread is not allowed. So please refrain from comparison on this thread.

Good chance of conversion but you have to be patient as usually wait-list will move slowly initially but as soon as old IIMs results start coming it will speed up.
