The question paper of MA in Social Entrepreneurship consists of psychometric test related to entrepreneurship, few questions of analytic skills and GK related to NGOs and Govt. programs related to rural and human development.
For GK read India year book, PD economics and follow websites of planning commission, min. of rural dev., important NGOs etc.

I have done my BPT last year and is appearing for HO/HE/MPH-SE this time.
I know its too early to ask about the placements and all but cant help asking you.
Can you just say an Yes/No if i ask you whether the median salary for the above 3 programs touch 6L per annum?
Atleast a simple Yes or No will do

How important is it to have worked with social services/NGOs in the past to get admitted into the MA HR programme?
Not at all...In fact most of us do not have any NGO experience...Panelists just look at u holistically as to what kind of person u r....whether u r a fit to HR and TISS or not...Hope that answers ur query....
As we are discussing about social work, I would like to ask something..
After working for two yrs in the manufacturing sector, I have resigned and joined my family business and also have been working with an NGO for the last six months....I will be trying for TISS this year...what is the extent of weightage I can expect for it...I know u cant put an exact number to it but how much importance is such a thing given in the entrance process?

Don't worry about the Placement right now...but still it is one of the best that HR graduates get...(In India)....at par with XL HR

Please specify the program u wish to apply to.
Also, u have answered your question yourself. There won't be a specific weight-age attached to your NGO experience. During the interview, the panel MAY like to know what sort of work you have done and your learnings from it.
