@chandu9983 @Murga.Halal maine padha to tha in indian express snapshot that 2 students got 30L in dubai..but agar ye sach hai to xiss apni placement details mai kyu 12L highest batata hai. Also maine profiles dekhi hai 2011-13 batch ki. Majority of them are freshers & workex wale bhi tier-3 (local types) organisations se hai and mostly belong to jharkhand. matlab koi diversity nahi hai. mba mai main funda exposure ka hota hai...usi ke baaki college hefty fees lete hai...wahi nahi mila to kya fayda 2 yrs lagane ka. work ex walo ke liye mujhe nahi lagta ki kuch gain hai.
@hcs27 totally agree dude totally..infact during gd unhone form dia tha ki aapko aapki preference nhi milti hai to dusri stream loge kya.ab aage ka khel smjh jao..and minotrity ka bahut reservation hai aur internal politics bahut chalti hai waha..ye maine kisi thread me padha tha xiss ke student ne hi likha tha
@chandu9983 in short acha work ex hai aur phle hi achi salry mil rhi hai then u deserve more than xiss

Thanks for assuring me friends... i may not get admission in XISS but I am thankful to XISS for introducing friends like you all to me...
Just to let you know that out of 549 students they will only take 37 students... All have cleared the cut off and maximum people have given equal in GD, Hence PI is the only Elimination round here.....
My GD topic was "Capital Punishment should be Banned in India"
My PI panel was Panel B of the Day....
Guys.... I have given over 30-35 job PI interviews and trust me I can say from the facial expression, questions and body language of panel that whether the PI is negative and positive and unfortunately my PI has been negative....
ATB to you guys....

@pankaj.jena1988 Don't worry, things often work out even when we don't expect
atleast you had a PI, there are people ( like me 😛 ) who couldn't even call their experience a PI
So trust the selection panel and hope for the best, that's all we can do right now :)
