We are serious ppl here not TROLLER's ....now if u wanna hav some fun, there are oder threads ongoing to satisfy dis purpose of urs !!! Please understand if someone makes a rumour do we hav to pass it "dats how it gets spread" if u want facts go to d website chk out snapshot there u'll get the necessary details also IF U STROLL BACK A FEW PAGES BACK I MYSELF POSTED THAT SNAPSHOT !!! now stop trolling ok

Hi Seniors,

Does XISS achieves 100% placement every year? I have heard that placements in marketing and finance are not 100% is this true?

@whysooserious : Because we have not got 'Accreditation', we are simply 'approved' and take that approval on yearly basis as per AICTE norms.

@admcell I have done Msc in Chemistry.apllied for both HR & Finance,will Finance be suitable for me? (I mean I was allover from a science bagroung)

@annewannafly : All professional courses are mostly based on candidates personal interest and justification to the recruiter at the time of final placements. We have seen students from Commerce background struggling with Finance and Bio student doing excellent in the same. So if you have inclination for any specialization it's not difficult and you can justify that with your hardwork and commitment.

@AmberN : One needs to understand that final placement is an end result of two years work at PGDM. We never claim 100% placements, but that doesn't mean that there were lack of opportunities. Every students gets more than two opportunities (for sure) and up to 10-12 for most to prove his/her worth to the organization. Still we have been achieving more than 80% placement from campus and including off campus 90-100% every year.
