@bharat111 dude u cnt do that... the cutoff was for GD/PI calls not for converts... i hope u get it.... it's nt lyk evry1 who gt 72%ile in XAT gets hrm.... i hope dis clears ur doubt.. i hope i undrstud ur questn proprly... btw congr8s 4 convertin ... 
@admcell According to AICTE if a candidate decides to withdraw admission before the date of start of the academic session, the entire fee less by Rs. 1000 is refunded by the college. This is what is followed by XISS too right?
@apy_sin only if the empty seat got filled by other candidate...sayad aisa kuch rule hai..and after commencement of course withdraw karne pe kuch 25% cut hoti hai if the seat is filled later on..bt seat afterward fill hona must hai
