@sanket10888 ppl from CM will reply. But unfortunately replies to direct questions such as:
1) How is the placement scenario?
2) What is the avg/median/avg pkg?
3) Which companies visit?
etc etc will get std answers - 'Please check the official placement report given by the institute'
Mind you these answers are same across all PG forum of all b-schools in India. There are some thoughtful intentions behind not disclosing them on public forums:
eg: you won't want other colleges to get your college placement data on a platter etc etc
To cut the long story short - Answers to Qs regd placements won't be in the manner and format a prospective candidate might expect.
For any other querry specific to CM feel free to reach out.
P.S: I can understand that as a prospective candidate this info(regd placement) could be of little help. Every year candidates face the same constraint. Also the reason that 'every institute follows the same protocol' is a lame one. But then that is how the system has got itself into.

@MBAVichar The year before the WL moved till even after the college commenced. So it kinda varied year to year.
Last year WL din move after 3rd list and NM has somewhere around 7 lists.

That's probably because... from last year onward and also this year they have given buffer calls .... for 360 seats they have given around 600 admits.... so as to reduce waiting list movement... and taaki unki naak katne se baach jaye.... when a college does that you know they themselves are sure that those many people wud surely leave....
