I know what you're talking about, it's actually a middle-office/back-office IT support or may be an IB KPO job. This discussion should actually yield good for individuals who might be thinking that if not JP, they might at least get to do some trading/research at IDBI capital. But, there could be a chance that they end up working for outsourced operations of an IB.
