In the reference section I added the 3 reference ,the email notification was sent to me as well as to the referee but after adding the 3rd reference I didnt receive the email and neither the referee had received it .. as per the guidelines we can make upto 10 changes ... any idea regarding this ..

I had a question regarding reference submission. My referee is out of station and will not be able to submit my reference by 3rd feb. I called the admissions office, they said its not a problem, that she can do it at a later date. But do I still submit the form? Since the last date is 3rd feb? Can she still submit the reference after I have submitted the form?

My two referees have told me independently that they have written the same weakness in the reco letter.
Do I need to be extra cautious now as questions will be flowing on the weakness ? Or it can have an altogether different meaning
