Hi,
appologies for making it too long but as i am new to this forum and hence need lot of clarifications and support before i take a leap to a new horizon.
Have few queries from administrators of this forum.1) planning to give GMAT this year...by June end hopefully..but have not scheduled yet..will decide on my progress... will there be any problem if scheduling just before 2-3 weeks..?
2) little confused/doubtful with my profile for consideration in TOP B-Schools (US or India) -10th - 79%, 12th - 87%, B.Tech(ECE) - 75% (Deemed state university, india), Currently employed as software developer in Banking, insurance and finance domain of an IT(MNC) giant with 3 yrs exp. Also have 0.5 yrs exp in Telecom sector wherein i have worked as operations and maintenance manager (District Engineer) for a global telecom tower company. Have got a few work related certifications for extra-curricular participation and organizations, technical certifications (both in telecom & Software). Is it worth consideration for US or INDIAN top B-Schools? .. if it is(with expected GMAT score - 680-700), please name a few as i do not have any idea of average B-schools (only aware of top 10 like HBS,Stanford, wharton, etc. which are highly competitive). Please name a few where my chances are feasible for admit.
3) what else is to be added or presented like profile improvisation or addition before applying to any abroad schools for admission application?
4) what is the expected fees and other money investments required? possible ways to arrange huge some of money?
5) what are my chances of getting a scholarship? how to increase it?
6) Approximate college application fees and number of colleges to apply for to get admit from atleast one? when to start applying? which season is mostly preferred for taking admissions into B-schools?
Genuine replies pls...Thanks in advance!
